Andrew is recognised as one of Australia's leading personal trainers. He is a regular contributor to fitness magazines and blogs and has many magazine covers and television appearances under his belt. His experience and tenacity as a trainer has earned him ambassadorship with several key performance brands such as SKINS and Performix as well as AUSFIT Torsion Bars, Garmin, ANKORR and Active Foods.
Andrew is the owner/operator of Battle Fit Australia, a rigorous and challenging outdoor training program that emulates his experience as a solider in the Australian Army. The groups mantra ""fight your limits"" also represents Andrews approach to life and is certainly something you will be faced with if you attend one of his sessions.
He thrives on continually challenging himself, undertaking inspiring feats of human endurance such as 250km ultra marathons and hiking the Kokoda Track with a 40kg pack.
What do you like about SKINS?
“The quality and design makes SKINS compression and Activewear the most comfortable garments for me to work out in - no matter what I'm doing. It's clear from the quality, fit and the performance that a lot of thought and research goes into the development of every product.”
Music I work out to
My music choice depends on my mood and training modality. If I'm doing anything high intensity I'll be listening to heavy metal or dance music. If I'm doing a long run or trek, I like to listen to podcasts.
