Who is Adrien Raffault?


Besides his job as a fitness coach Adrien is a consultant for naturopathy and one of the top 10 spartan racers in France. Adrien has a wealth of experience in all kind of sports from gymnastics to rugby, climbing, freestyle-skiing and running. He has set the goal to share his knowledge with as many people as possible. Due to his social skills and his flair for pedagogy he was able to build up a community of thousands of followers on social media very quickly. His goal for 2019 is to travel across France, get in touch with his community even more closely and share his knowledge with them in the form of conferences, workshops and lessons.In regard to sports Adrien set the ambitious goal to become one of the top 5 spartan racers in France. To reach this goal he counts on his 4 foundation pillars: Physical preparation, nutrition, specific training and mindset. His credo: Take Action!


What does Adrien love most about SKINS?


To tell a little story: I’ve known SKINS since I was 16 years old. At the time I played rugby at ASM (Clermont-Ferrand). As a fan of Jamie Cudmore, a Canadian rugby player ranked in the top 14, I noticed that he was wearing SKINS. And of course I copied him. I really like the quality of SKINS. It is simply amazing to develop a product with such a precision. A unique experience! It literally feels like a second skin, which can be worn to any kind of activity.

My look is not at all misleading. I love rock, hard rock and heavy metal and once in a while some Old School Hiphop. Some of my favourite bands are:

What is your favourite post-workout dish?


My typical “post-workout” meal is a vegetable juice (75% of vegetables / 25% of fruits) and 20 minutes afterwards a huge salad bowl with trout and avocado.
