I could notice an improvement on my running immediately upon starting the use of Skins. My favorite piece of gear is the half shorts. They allow me to run faster as there is less muscle movement, which also improves recovery time. The recovery tights are great for recovering (I often sleep in them) and the Powersox are vital to the hilly runs when I am afraid the downhills will fire up my calves.
