Biography

“We have used different compression products in the past and there is no doubt the players rate the new SKINS 400 Series higher than any other compression garment in terms of performance and comfort. Research shows us that the muscle vibrations that occur at high intensity exercise can be minimised through the use of SKINS compression so the guys make good use of the entire range all year round throughout training sessions and matches. They also play a critical role in all post match and training recovery programs.

“The extra comfort and improved circulation makes it easier to stay in peak condition and ready to perform when the team travels and so you’ll notice our playing group wears them for interstate trips as well,” Terry Condon – Rehabilitation and Conditioning Coach, Richmond Tigers.

Kel Moore adds; “The entire Richmond team wear SKINS as an integral part of our uniform. From training sessions, and matches right through recovery sessions and interstate travel. The SKINS A400 Series plays an important role in our routines.

He continues, “Issues with injury and major operations on my hips over the past year kept me off the field in 2011. I’ve undergone a strict rehabilitation regime; strengthening my body’s weaknesses and maximising its strengths, with the goal of getting back to peak condition.

“The compression effect post-surgery made a massive difference to my recovery, increasing blood flow, moving fluid and keeping inflammation to a minimum. Now back in training, SKINS gives me the confidence to push my body to the limit in the gym knowing I’ll be able to recover and repeatedly put forward my strongest efforts, session after session. Rehabilitation is tough but I’m eager to do everything I can to get back to my best, SKINS compression garments help me do that.”

The Richmond Tigers started using SKINS in 2011.
